MAKE-UP TESTING RESPONSIBILITIES

NOTES
- Deliver test(s) with instruction sheet attached to EACH exam to the Learning Center at least one day prior to the testing date
- Inform students of the following:
- Testing rules should be read prior to taking the test (see link to this page)
- Two (2) forms of identification will be required on the testing day (one must be a photo ID)
- Testing hours: (make sure students are aware of these times)

- Show students the list of their testing responsibilities (see link to this page)
- Complete a test administration form for each test to be administered (They are available from the department secretary or see link)
- Pick-up test from Learning Center once student has taken it (Tests will not be mailed or delivered.)
- Request that faculty deliver test to the Learning Center (Inform them of their test date.)
- Read the testing regulations prior to testing
- Come during testing hours
- Bring two forms of identification to the testing location (One must be a photo ID)
- Arrive early enough to give yourself the total allowed time before the test session ends. (For example, if you have one hour to take a test and the test session ends at 2:00, arrive at the test site by 12:45, 1:00 at the latest.)
LEARNING CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain confidentiality of all exams handled by the Learning Center
- Coordinate make-up testing
- Schedule and post testing times and locations
- Proctor exams only during scheduled testing hours
- Record handling of exams
- Return untaken tests
- Students suspected of cheating will not be allowed to finish taking the exam and the professor will be notified of the incident.
- Please contact the Learning Center Director in UH - 351, ext. 3037 or 5038 for questions/comments/suggestions related to the Learning Center testing services.
- Tests will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, not by appointment. If the room is full, the student may have to wait to the take exam, or may have to come another day.
